  • Coordinates all unexpected service needs for imaging equipment and ensures leadership is informed of updates, downtimes, and progress through reporting and communication efforts by tracking IT, engineering and equipment purchase requests
  • Maintains and monitors all music subscriptions and maintains updated equipment to meet the requirements to utilize music subscription
  • Works collaboratively with departments and vendors to identify opportunities for process and service improvement
