Executive Assistant, Team Support and Events
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for executives, ensuring optimal time management and avoiding conflicts
- Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while managing changes and addressing travel-related issues
- Communication: Serve as primary point of contact, managing and prioritizing correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of executives
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items
- Expense Management: Process and track expense reports, handle reimbursements, and manage budgets related to executive activities and office supplies
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals
- Office Management: Maintain efficient office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and office systems to support executive needs
- Event Planning: Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and client meetings, including venue selection, catering, and logistics coordination
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring privacy and compliance with organizational policies
