  • Review and import invoices and utilities into Yardi Procure to Pay for the 9 properties I’m in charge of.
  • Enter invoice and attach to POs that property managers have put into Yardi Voyager for work being done onsite.
  • Cut checks on a weekly basis so vendors get paid. Also log into utility companies to pay utilities online.
  • Track utilities on spreadsheet so we know if we are missing anything.
  • Stay in constant contact with the property managers. I have calls with all the properties close to month end so we can go over any open POs.
  • I also post move out refunds for all properties in the Nolan Living Portfolio and mail them out either weekly or every other week.
  • Reach out to utility companies if I notice they didn’t apply payments correctly.
  • At month end I do the bank reconciliations for the properties I am in charge of. Pull Open and Closed PO reports save in the correct shared drive. Also pull Payable Aging reports and save them. Look over financials to see if anything needs to be reclassed to a different gl account. Log anything that needs to be accrued. Let my manager know once they are ready.
