Scheduling/leading activity staff with day-to-day operations of the activity department to promote person centered activities. Prepare and distribute monthly newsletter/calendar following 7 day a week programming-7 or more activities/ day. Scheduling and transporting residents to doctor’s appointments, outings and events in the community van/bus. Assisting in Customer Relations with potential clients (tours, sales, taking deposits). Recruiting/maintaining/managing a strong volunteer base of 150+ for help with many different tasks in the community. Excellent computer and multi-tasking skills-proficient in Microsoft Office, transferring files to other networks, PDF’s, answering a multi-line phone system and working with office equipment (copiers, fax machines, etc.) Office Suite, Outlook. Also experienced in fund-raising and utilizing local establishments for donations and discounts.
