I have spent 25 years as a nurse providing excellent care to patients in both ICU and PACU environments. For the last seven years, I have been a Nurse Manager for a fast-paced urological surgery center, supervising the Pre-op, PACU, and Pre-admissions divisions, in addition to serving as the PI (Performance Improvement) Coordinator. I am looking to transition from management to a position that has a great impact on patient care and outcomes. I am self-motivated, easily adaptable, and am able to learn quickly.
