- POD Leader for Instructional Planning 4th Grade Math. In guidance from the math curriculum specialist, I created model video lessons and activities based on math unit guides for remote learning to be shared with teachers throughout the district during the pandemic. Duties also included coleading professional development for 4th grade teachers using the planning protocol to guide teachers to unpack TEKS and how to implement video lessons on the seesaw application.
- Math Instructional Framework Committee. Participated in the process to develop a clear, research-based system of values and guidance, ensure alignment of curriculum and instruction systems, and build the "why" behind instructional changes for all stakeholders.
