  • Case load of 40+ files; responsibilities included; Entering the file into Filevine computer system, sent out all letters to the proper parties
  • I had communication with Insurance companies through email, telephone and fax (i.e., to resolve liability) on premises liability, Uber, lyft, lime scooter, dog bite, auto accidents, Metro, Government, City & State Claims
  • Heavy communication with clients via telephone, text, email, providing status, assisting them up with transportation to medical facilities, PCP’s, specialist and assisting with any other issue the client might have
  • I would also do some medical record requesting, reviewing medical records, police reports, following up on medical treatment status, recommendations, radiology, etc

  • File /Case review to insure all is in order at the proper stage and if documents such as UM Certs, Medical reporting or liens missing, I would insure it was done or received, If it needed to be transferred into a different office department for example: for demand, further medial record collection, litigation and some cases had to go for attorney review or the office manager to drop.
  • Monitored ongoing cases closely, adjusting case management strategies as needed based on evolving circumstances or new information.
  • I oversee the JCM's with guidance in how to properly work up a case with injuries to gain a better settlement for the clients.
  • I oversee the Demands team and guide them with follow-ups and settlement negotiations.
  • I monitor our Statute of Limitations along side a team of three peers to make sure our cases are properly being handled in a timely matter.
