Supervised and lead a team of 12 contact tracers/case investigators to support Covid-19 outbreak and vaccine outreach support for Santa Clara County Health department. Lead daily meetings, managed schedules, coached and trained staff on rapidly changing medical and system workflows. Ensured clients were triaged properly and received current guidance and resources. Using the Salesforce/CalConnect platform on a daily basis rolled out enhancements, provided feedback for upgrades and changes, created reports and list views.

Led Cupertino Voting Precinct for two 2019 Election cycles. Lead and supervised associated election clerks (all first timers) for precinct set up, ballot processing, ballot couting and opening and closing activities. Helped clerks to clarify processes and resolved issues.

Project Manager for Sun Microsystems IT business systems. Leading software modifications, training testing, implementation and support for complex mods to Oracle ERP financials, LiveLink document management, AVP tax and Bugtraq full cycle incident/issue development management tool. Liaison with Oracle. Provided technical support and managed data conversions and test environments. Supervised testers associated project team members. Also helped establish World Wide Support organization call tracking system and implemented world wide business processes to establish support ticket priority escalation guidelines.

For the HR Systems Group I provided general project support for the enhancement development and multiple site implementation of a Human Resource application used by all Apple non U.S. sites. Duties included user requirement analysis and data mapping for database conversions, documented specifications for enhancements, performed application testing and technical support. For the World Wide Customer Support Systems Group I coordinated full project life cycle including; enhancement analysis, development, testing, documentation and roll-out for a Customer Call tracking repair dispatch system used by Apple's Customer Assistance Center and other Apple divisions. Supported a 310 user base with 12 installations and provided a total of 14 releases. Gathered and documented user requirements for several business programs. Made recommendations for hardware requirements and provided application support.

As a Ross Financial Systems consultant based in Reading England. Project managed the development, implementation, testing and support efforts for a Multi Currency Accounting system installed at Digital Equipment's 22 European sites in 19 countries. Gathered user requirements for 14 new modules, a data conversions, management reports and systems integration with Digital's GL and AP systems. Prepared all associated documentation and installation guides. Delivered system concept presentations and training courses. Developed test plans, conducted user acceptance testing. Provided on going technical support.

Performed and lead large scale financial software testing and release management for GL, AP, AR, FA and other Ross software products. Directed support QA Analysts. Developed project work plans, project estimates and test plans. Created test environments and performed product installations. Performed conversion, system integration, transaction processing, and user interface testing. Participated in project and external specification reviews to determine future release contents. Provided technical assistance to client support. As an Accounting Supervisor I worked closely with the founder CEO and CFO and managed several accounting functions for Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Accounts Receivable. Month end closes, reports, supported audits and opening of new offices.
