• Effectively managed schedules for multiple providers in family practice and urgent care, providing effective coverage for both offices. Oversee accuracy of medical coding, patient billing, insurance verification, pre-authorizations and scheduling for specialists, diagnostic testing, imaging.
• Provided exceptional care for all clients in the family practice and walk-in/urgent services offices.
• Managed high volume calls and e-mail communications with providers, extenders, and nursing staff to address and meet patient inquiries and requests, prioritizing urgency.
