• Created and executed unit scope and individualized daily lesson plans in accordance with county, state, and state standard guidelines for students; each with students who required specific IEPs, 504s, and with a combination of English speaking and native/heritage Spanish speaking students who required differentiated learning approaches.
• Held daily small group instructions to assist struggling students with both curricular assignments, language competency skills, as well as social emotional strategies.
• Taught fully virtual classes during the pandemic, and developed and implemented virtual curriculum for students and colleagues. Taught virtual and in-person classes during 2021-2022 school year, leveraging a variety of technological interventions to ensure student growth.
