    policy and procedures to the Grand Jurors.

    their time of service, arranging leave requests, prioritizing excused absences requests and

    - Developed and maintain logs to track indictments, violations, and transcripts.
    - Notify attorneys daily regarding district-wide court hearings and appearances.
    - Assist attorneys in preparing for magistrate court by gathering and providing them with the
    supporting documents needed for court, such as Indictments or Informations, Petitions and
    Recommendations from other Federal Agencies.
    - Mentor legal assistants and provide backup supervision when the Supervisory Legal Assistant
    was unavailable.
