

I am extremely friendly and have a great talent for customer service and satisfaction. I love working with people and seeing them feel better with what we had just accomplished. That's my goal is to make everyone smile and feel relieved. I also communicate well and I support the team member members that I work with.
As a Valet Runner I would retrieve the guests car from the garage and bring it to their location either the Casino or the Hotel. There would usually be another car there for me to bring back to the garage to park. I have been at the Casino for 7 1/2 years. When I first started I was in the Camas club where I would print or cash tickers, dining tickets and at the time drawing tickets. I also printed win loss statements. From there I went over to the Cage where I cashed it winnings from tickets and chips.
As a cashier I would scan each item and would bag it properly in the bag. I would also answer the customers questions in regards to products and if I didn't have the answer I would Google it or ask my Supervisor. I also made sure my area was zoned and looking perfect upon approaching.
When first starting at Back of America I started in consumer credit card where I would answer questions about the due date, late fee and over limit fees. After a year this department was phased out and I went up to Merchant Services. I would answer calls on how to settle a batch, if a transaction went through twice and charge backs.
