ACTIVITIES

I have training in several backgrounds, and love to be able to mix and match them to make situations work well. I love a challenge and am not afraid to take charge of situations and try to make them better. I’m always open to new ideas and new aspects or nursing. I have a true passion for working with patients and their families at end-of-life care. I find it to be a privilege to be present in such a crucial point in someone’s life. As house supervisor I ran a60bed LTAC setting, multiply responsibilities such as, staffing, complaints, ran numerous codes, admissions, discharges, transfers, all building issues. Great de-escalating skills, with staff, patients, and family members.
