Office Administrator
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, provide administrative support to over 165 agents, brokers and management, maintain office systems, and ensure compliance with real estate regulations
- Process commission checks, event planning for office sponsored activities, conduct orientation for new agents, maintain employment records and records for real estate transactions
- Manage office communications, including answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Maintain and order office supplies and equipment, as well as ensuring the office is clean, organized, and operational
- Assist agents in using company websites, prepare transaction documents, and IT support
