I have been with the bank for almost 20 years. I started as Summer Help and quickly moved up to back up head teller. Almost 6 years ago I took a Head Teller position at my current branch. I love it. I have completely broadened my horizons and am able to do almost any task that's handed to me. I do customer service work, teller work, head teller work, etc. I am a notary as well and completed all the necessary work that goes along with that.

  • Multitasking is key, jumping from teller line to desk or whatever needs to be done to keep the branch actively flowing.
  • Cross-trained and backed up other customer service managers.
  • Have performed Branch Manager duties when the prior Manager was out on sick leave for almost a year.
