• Act as a primary liaison between St. Petersburg College (SPC), Florida Department of Education (FLDOE), United States Department of Labor (USFL), and various industry partners to build customized Related Technical Instruction (RTI) for broad industry occupations and program standards.
• Successfully developed four apprenticeship programs in the highly-valued fields of Information Technology (IT), Healthcare, Electrical Line-work, and Solar Energy.
• Single-handedly created two state-approved career certificate programs, in collaboration with partnering employers within Electrical Linework and Solar Energy, securing enrollment for over 100+ students/apprentices for the college.

• Keep daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the FLDOE; utilizing various systems (RAPIDS 2.0), as well as Microsoft, to track success metrics of programs, for state and college-wide reporting.
• Develop, execute, and sustain employer-wide apprenticeship program, identifying structured on-the-job training and technical instruction across organization, and enrolling and managing over 200+ employees (apprentices).
• Track and manage both new-hire training and incumbent worker training, as required by organization, implementing requirements of compliance and safety, as advised by President, Vice President, and Safety Director.
• Develop and create performance and process movements for new-hires and incumbent workers, for occupational training.
