Acted as SME for the launch of XFINITY HOME SECURITY project. Met with R&D, Comcast Executive Management, and Legal teams across multiple markets, including corporate. My department in Houston acted as the test environment, train the trainer, and aided in all aspects of the national launch. Created and launched multi-state Home Security product for Consolidated Communications. This included training all functional areas from billing, customer svc, operations, etc. University of Houston, multi-phase projects across campus, including a new "Cougar Card" access system for all students, employees, vendors, etc. with CCTV and Security backing. Managed CCTV and security project for Galveston College. Several local Houston schools for CCTV, card access, panic systems, etc. Card access, CCTV, and security design and implementation for multiple medical facilities.
