I am highly qualified in literacy training, implementing all five pillars of best literacy instruction: Phonics, Fluency, Comprehension, Phonemic Awareness and Phonological Awareness. I have used my knowledge in providing learning environments for students who read below grade level to become successful readers in the classroom and continue that growth outside the classroom. I have lead literacy focused presentations at the county wide school district conferences and provide other educators with new tools to support success in their classrooms. My passion is instilling a confidence in their reading for all my students, knowing that love will aid them in any goals that they set for themselves in life.
