Unit excelled in care of complex surgical/trauma patients including head injuries, new tracheostomy, new colostomy/urostomy, and multi-service Level 1 trauma injuries.

July 2017- Current- Interventional Radiology Procedural Care Nurse and Department Charge Lead:

Provide moderate sedation in IR procedure suite while monitoring and ensuring patient safety. Manage complex ICU patients as only RN in the suite. On days in the Charge role, I coordinate multiple IR, neuro, and vascular labs to turnover and run efficiently with up to 8 physicians and 4 mid-level schedules.
