Summary

My name is Jennifer Williams. I graduated from Crater High School in 1995. I married my high school sweetheart in 1996. And we started our family in 1997.

I spent my 20s raising our 3 babies and working in daycares and restaurants.

And then 8 years ago a friend of mine who has been working with youth with special needs for the last 25+ years, told me that she thought I would be a great fit for her line of work. And I jumped in with my whole heart. I have spent the last 8 years working with young adults with disabilities and it has been a gift to my life!

These humans are some of the best people I have ever known and helping them grow and learn and reach their independence goals has been so rewarding to me. I know I am the one helping them but they give back so much!!

I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given to work with these extraordinary individuals.

I am ready to grow my experience in this field. I would love to get my foot in the door as an educator with transitioning youth and grow my knowledge and experience. As well as share my heart and compassion.
