Summary

I feel that I have had a well rounded nursing career with expereince in critical care, telemetry/cardiac, emergency departments, Med-Surg, case management and MDS.  I have a strong healthcare background. I am used to working in a small yet diverse group of employees. I have a good rapport with the local physicians as I Have worked with them for many years. I believe that it takes a team to efective and successfully take care of our resident's. No one team members is less important that another one. The main priority is to take the best care of our resident's.

  • Worked directly with management, DON, Social Work and Unit managers to brainstorm, discuss strategy and mitigate issues.
  • I am responsible for comprehensive assessments, chart reviews and audits, care plans and MDS assessments on our resident's. 
  • I also work closely with Dr. Rushing and Dr. Gammel to help alleviate issues as the arise if the Nurse Practitioner is unable to address the issues.
