- Managed Member Services and staff liaison to three committees (Volunteer Engagement Committee, Alliance Committee, and CTD Review Committee).
- Managed and supervised administrative and daily program operations of Member Services, complying with policies and creating SOPs and processes. Member Services consisted of two (2) employees and managed accreditation for 100 member companies.
- Conducted interviews, hired, and onboarded staff.
- Implemented efficiencies and streamlined processes.
- Oversaw and conducted quarterly outreach to all member companies.
- Launched and supported the Volunteer Engagement Committee.
- Developed internal and external collateral pieces to promote volunteer recruitment.
- Actively facilitated the recruitment volunteers for the organization at annual conference in Florida, the Doble trade show in Boston, and through conversations with association members.
- Strategized and implemented plan to increase Alliance partnerships.
- Created and implemented tracking mechanisms for CTD and CTD course submittals (continuing technical development credits, also known as continuing educational credits).
