Accomplishments

  • Increased headcount for VoIP Activation team from four to 11 individuals. Through the growth of the team I have streamlines process and created ways to report on the work performed.
  • Built business relationships with team members and fostered trust and commitment to myself and the team. This has helped with teamwork and collaboration between the team members making our team SME's and successful.
  • I consider myself a working manager and stay abreast to changes and new product to best support the team and the customer. This is important with team members trust that you can assist and perform with them.
  • I have evaluated and cut back on the amount of tasks my team has to complete per order. This has created efficiencies in the team and less time completing tasks to do their work.
  • Over my 27 years I have received kudos and awards. The most recent the POTUS Outstanding Service award for getting communications set up in a short time frame for the President of the United States. Another most recent was the Amazing Service Award where I was selected by a team member and selected from a panel to receive this with other peers.
