In my time with Meritus Health, I received a Rising Star Award in June 2022 from the Kata work I did around patient satisfaction. Through process improvement and data collection, my team and I were able to drive patient satisfaction scores from 66% to 90% exceeding our fiscal year goal.
I successfully organized and managed the Covid Clinic in October 2023 providing vaccines to over 800 members of our community.
In Quarter 1 of FY24, I received the Exceeding Expectations Award for after hour prescription delivery to a patient with no means of transportation.
