  • Develop educational program initiatives, policies, and procedures for Greek House Directors regarding general property management, student assistance/success, and human resource personal support that includes 11 professional staff members
  • Convenes UA's Student Organization Facilities Committee to review Project Initiation Requests from Greek organizations regarding house/property improvements, provides UA design standards, resources, and planning related to the project, and communicates regularly with UA Construction Administration and Finance & Operations Associate Vice Presidents regarding the project
  • Oversee mandated State of Alabama inspection processes including the annual elevator inspection, biennial boiler/water heater inspections, and monthly fire sprinkler inspections, and maintaining current records of State ALE Identification, Certificate of Operation, and contractor agreements for Greek houses
  • Manage the Greek Alumni events in accordance with UA policy and procedures by obtaining the necessary legal documentation
