I was like a Realtor and would list mobile homes for sale for park residents.

Rented homes and/or lots.

I would flip mobile homes, I would go into a home and decide what work gets done and hire the variety of constructors to remodel it.

I would help my buyers to find land to buy and then order new homes and ordered homes for my vacant lots. I really enjoyed doing Interior design for the new homes.

I sold new Friendships/Cavco, Clayton/Schults, and Champion/highlands. And many brands of older used home models.

Most of all I enjoy meeting and getting to know my customers and showing my buyers homes.

I received great training when I first started out as a Realtor with Century 21 and ended my realtor career as office manager of Countywide. I rebuilt their website, designed new flyers, entered new listings in MLS and CRM programs and enjoyed training new agents. Did all their RE photography.
