As supervisor and manager in my positions I showed my leadership skills, by working with employees to better improve themselves and their skills. Computer knowledgeable, computer typing speed is 60 per minute. I have worked with QuickBooks for 4 years and now received my certificate in this software. Clerical duties include up filing, typing, scanning, copying, reporting, working with word, excel and PowerPoint. Ran own computer business with ex-husband for 9 years, building computers, installing networking and building databases. I enjoy working and look forward to learning a new job and becoming an outstanding employee within the Company. For 7 years I worked alongside my husband Steve Payne, in our own company called Payne's Duct Cleaning & HVAC, I did all the yearly taxes including the quarterly reporting and filing of company taxes. As Vice-chair of Old Agency District I had seen how gaming affected our membership; who depend on that extra money yearly. I wanted to generate more revenue for our district, so we were not so dependent on the gaming money. I also wanted to increase our voting power at trial level; so, I started getting information on tribal members who are not enrolled in any district to boost our district membership.
