I fulfilled duties where necessary in Production/Assembly, as an Administrative Assistant, which included communicating with our main office in Brisbane, Australia, and the Shipping/Receiving department, as well as Receptionist duties. I managed large orders of government airplane parts traveling from Australia to California and Oklahoma, to be processed, then sent back to Australia; monitored and maintained the schedule. In addition, I communicated via email and video chat with a 15 hour time difference.
