• Engaged with 65 scholars in grades 5-6 to enhance mathematics skills, utilizing data-driven instruction and personalized coaching sessions to improve performance.

• Co-facilitated a program for nine Newark youth, guiding them as they set grant parameters, crafted mission and vision statements, and explored grantmaking impact
• Resulted in distributing $50,000 among three Newark nonprofits focusing on youth self-determination.

• Participated in brainstorming sessions with other researchers regarding potential strategies for investigation.
• Analyzed data and findings to reveal insights into teacher turnover in Newark public schools.

• Enabled evidence-based policy decisions through conducting research and presenting key findings on the Power of Educating Youth in Financial Literacy.
• Collaborated with Assembly Democrat Angela McKnight to discuss the findings and her contributions towards policy C.18A:35-4.34, as well as future plans for continued assistance.

Explored the impact of race on the community and organized an art symposium, including creating and showcasing art pieces focus on injustices.
