Currently I'm Little Missouri's Process Safety Management Specialist.
With my direction Badlands operations has been brought up to the PSM standard that is expected at Targa.
Maintained overall safe work environment with employee training programs and enforcement of safety procedures.
By directly being involved with many things including but not limited to PSM audits in North Dakota and across the company at different locations, PHA revals and redos, the Safety committee, the PSM committee, developing and building a new hire training program, the commissioning and startup of LM #3 & #4 facilities; two cryogenic units.
Devised and implemented processes and procedures to streamline operations.
Coordinated with internal departments to streamline operations and improve overall company efficiency.
Possessing a deep understanding and knowledge of Power BI, Maximo, Concur, UKG, etc.

Operated Natural Gas plant facilities various equipment/systems including, but not limited to dehydration units, process controls and measurement, pumps, pressure relief system instrument air system, dehydrators, expanders, fuel system, emergency shutdown systems, reciprocating compressors, gas fired hot oil heaters, process pumps, inlet gas receivers and NGL storage and transfer facilities.
Maintained knowledge of industry policies and procedures to set up and operate equipment safely.
Performed lab tests for quality assurance, diagnose mechanical problems, make minor repairs as needed, assist other craft personnel and various other duties as assigned.
Sought to optimize processing throughout facility and maintained proper product specifications.
