At my first job California's Great America Amusement park I worked my way up from a associate to a Supervisor within 2 years. I decided to stop working and commit myself and focus more on my education. I accomplished most of my graduation requirements during my junior year and now trying to expand my knowledge in the auto service field. I am looking for a future in the auto industry as a auto service technician. I have acquired multiple certifications in different categories that I will be able to share as requested.
Over seen Guest Services as a Supervisor. Dealt with guest issues, selling passes and tickets, and over seen a section of associates. Also was in charge of tolls (customer parking) and ticket taking. Accomplished Customer service, customer satisfaction and guest relations. Learned retail experience for selling passes. Learned how to manage associates and delegate work tasks to my associates. We were a cashless company, so we converted cash for prepaid cards to use through out the park.
As a guest service associate I assigned to resolve guest issues and compensate guests as needed, dealt with selling guest tickets or passes, helped provide special accommodations for guest as needed. Promoted to supervisor.
As a associate my duties were to scan guests tickets coming into the park, Responsible for cleanliness of work space areas, helping out with entry into the water park. Promoted to guest services representative.
