For the last 26 years I have been on Maintenance for 11 years, and the last 15 years I was the PLC Programmer for our Machine Build Department. (Allen Bradley Logix 500 and Studio 5000, and more recent Keyence PLCs )

I have been responsible for writing and troubleshooting PLC Programs, as well as installing and programming our Robots. (Motoman , Fanuc, and UR Robots)

• Provided ongoing support and training to operating staff on proper use of PLC-controlled equipment, reducing operator errors and increasing productivity.
• Coordinated with vendors to evaluate new components for compatibility with existing control systems, ensuring seamless integration when upgrades were necessary.
• Enhanced machine efficiency by developing and implementing PLC programs for automated systems.

• Completed preventive maintenance to maintain production and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and company policy.
