
I am a hard working, fun loving individual, I am experienced with working with children, teaching, training, instructing, and leading. I have a severely mentally and physically handicapped brother who I have helped taken care of since I was ten years old. I do everything from fixing him food, helping him get dressed and giving him the proper medications. I was a lifeguard for three years two of those years I also Instructed swim lessons. I am currently certified, in CPR, First Aid, and AED, as well as NCI, and Autism Certified. For three years I was a leader for an after school program where I organized games and instructed children how to play them. In high school through my second year of college I was an assistant throwing coach in Track and Field and lifting coach. I helped Instruct my teammates how to properly throw as well as how to properly lift. I set up workouts and different conditioning drills that would help other athletes improve their skills. As a Sophomore in college I personally trained a junior high athlete every week for three months on the basics of lifting and of throwing. I lead a Vacation BIble school for two years at my church, as well as helped lead Sunday night youth group. Experienced Team member skilled at setting up and running merchandise, as well as trained to use forklift. Proficient in sorting parts and stocking supplies to support team productivity. Good problem-solving, organizational and planning abilities. I consistently seek ways to increase office efficiency and boost team productivity with exceptional clerical support. I competed tack and field in high school, then then competed for 2 years at Barton community college. I took a gap year after Barton and now I am switching my focus from the athlete to the coach. In high school my coach made me assistant coach when I was 16 years old. I would go to throwing clinics and continuously educate myself, on the discipline of track and field, and strength and conditioning. I assisted in training athletes how to properly throw discus and shot put, as well as taught them how to properly preform the Olympic lifts. Coach and I created a strength and conditioning program which I ran and oversaw the progress of 40 different athletes. I have helped run 3 track meets and 2 wrestling meets. I was the game coordinator for a youth out reach program in Alma Kansas for 3 years in addition to being the game my local church. I was a swim lessons instructure/adaptive swim instructure for 2 years where I taught everything from baby group swim lessons, advanced swim lessons, and even children with autism and other disabilities. I helped provide supply clothes and other goods through a non-profit organization called the Sharing Place in Lewisville Kansas. I currently work full-time at Heartspring as a home Direct Care Provider where I take care of numourous special needs children. I do everything from feeding them, deescalating them in behaviors, running their goals, feeding them and bathing them.
