Perform maintenance, monitoring repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control

systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility equipment on all systems, working on the pm regiment for are 536 guest room, 3 Clever Brooke Firetube boilers, 2 700HP 1 300HP and all auxiliary equipment, in addition to working on 6 Hendrix walk in coolers in 5 Hendrix walk ins freezer R409A in MP39 and 12 four door Chrysler Koppin refrigerator using R123a.

• Led all the maintenance orders for the rooms, performing heavy lifting, framing, plumbing, lightbulb changes, sink leaks and bed spread fixing.
• Ensured that room attendant have the necessary item to complete the day to day task making sure there is a clean and hazard-free work area.
• Answered all customer concerns, making sure they were satisfied with their services.
• Kept daily maintenance logs and work reports.
• Set up and prepared facilities and meeting rooms according to event diagrams and plans.

• Assisted the Laundry Attendant in his/her duties, stocking all storage rooms with supplies and cleaning suite rooms when assigned by Executive Housekeeper.
• Performed other tasks as assigned by Executive Housekeeper, including vacuuming corridors, cleaning public areas, associate restrooms, washing windows, checking rooms, shampoo/extraction of carpets, strip and wax.
• Maintained security for guests and property by following all security and safety regulations.
