Accomplishments

2019-2024 Client Project Highlights

  • Kendra Scott: Helped lead client internal technical team during their enterprise wide migration SDWan (Kendra Scott) migration project moving 100+ retail stores that included HQ and distribution center. Client migrated from Cisco/Meraki SD-WAN Firewall/Security Appliances onto VMware Velocloud SD-Wan appliances.
  • Kendra Scott: Helped develop client’s POS imaging process and monitoring/alerting system for those 100+ stores and later deployed VMware hosts into each of the stores to replace the legacy severs. Deploying virtual solution allowed them flexibility to reduce the physical hardware (use SDWAN virtual appliances) and also improved their ability to update the POS imaging for the 2 servers that we required at each store.
  • Offices of Chapter 13: Executed multiple cloud migration projects for Ch13 clients who continue to recommend our migration engagements to their neighboring counter parts. Took their local server environments and uplifted them into azure. Created Virtual private network access for their users and migrated their workstations into azure RDS services.
  • Harbor Health: Health Care startup in Austin Area. We helped Open 3 new clinics in 2022, we also opened a HQ and a mobile clinic. Providing the full stack of infrastructure deployed to each location.
  • Harbor Health: Defined a Workstation Imaging project and used master image to roll out to any new employee. This allowed our MSP small team of 8 techs with their large onboarding events like 90+ new medical staff brought on in same day. Image simplified the onboarding and system rollouts giving them a consistent deployment of tools to each of the medical staff.
  • Harbor Health: Accelerated Growth project opened 7 full medical clinics up in the Austin/Round Rock Area. Our MSP team deployed all network infrastructure, at each locations, and networked medical device integrations to AWS.
  • Care.com: I successfully drove jira server to jira cloud project for client that utilized jira and confluence systems as their core business operations.
