• Following up on daily leads through E-Leads C.R.M. (Customer Retention Management) system. Calling, Emailing, Texting for a minimum of 90 days if no contact.
• Matching customer’s needs to the right vehicle and building value in the product.
• Possessing and growing in a thorough knowledge of Subaru vehicles including safety awards and strengths and benefits.
• Answering objections on a daily basis from customers and helping them to have confidence in their vehicle purchase.
• Following up with customers who purchase on birthdays, purchase anniversaries, quarterly check ins, etc. and building a repeat and referral pipeline.
• Number salesperson in both number of sales and gross profit for the company for 5 straight years from 2019-2023.
• Subaru Summit Peak Performer 2022. The Second most Subarus sold in the Denver Zone which covers the Mountain West Time Zone of states over 40 stores.
• Asbury Automotive’s North Star Award winner in 2022 for achieving goals in all 3 categories: Number of cars sold-272, gross profit for Mike Shaw Subaru Greeley: 1.3 million, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Recruiting Church Planters to plant new churches in our district.
• Coaching Planters in the process of church planting.
• Coaching Churches and leadership teams in how to be a church planting church.
• Organizing and setting up church planting residencies in churches.
• Assessing potential church planters to determine gifts in planting.
• Fundraising for our district in church planting & managing the planting fund.
• Speaking in churches, seminaries, & conferences about church planting.
