  • SAP/EWM design and implementation. Worked with IT to help build and design the essentials needed for Parts Rooms. Involved in testing scenarios and work flows via string testing and volume testing. Building training documents.
  • Engaged in rollouts to teach and train employees on how to use and understand the new system. Including traveling to all of the sites to assist with the implementation.
  • Assist in chatline with followup support and questions after the rollout was completed.
