Summary

I have worked in many different industries in many different capacities. My wide range of experience in leadership positions and dealing with many different people and situations will be a major asset as a team leader. I have over 15 years of experience with Northstar, all in the hot strip mill, that will also serve me well in this position. I've always been able to easily build report with coworkers and have very little issue getting people to buy into the task at hand. In my time at UPS I was often turned to when an area needed to be brought back to standard. This often involved difficult conversations with people to motivate and encourage them to work to the company standard. I feel like I am a born leader and sincerely enjoy the challenges that come with a leadership role.
