Accomplished CH-47 Maintainer with a proven track record in military and civilian sectors, including a pivotal role at SES. Expert in maintenance, repairs, and quality control, blending technical prowess with teamwork to enhance operational efficiency. Recognized for excellence in preventive maintenance and safety procedures, ensuring peak performance and reliability of critical aircraft systems.
While serving in the US Army I maintained a fleet of 12 CH 47 in the United States and overseas. I was trained and participated in General, Line, and Phase maintenance that earned a couple of awards while serving.
On many occasions I had help removed and replaced aircraft subsystems such as the turbine engines, the auxiliary power unit(APU), the combining transmission(C Box) and many more key components. I also, performed upper and lower rig checks on flight controls in the flight closet, calibrated pitch links and added weights to the blades of the aircraft. Then periodically perform abbreviated and in-depth inspection(CCI) with every 25, 50, 100, 200 and 400 hours of flight, involving checking underneath floorboards, the aft and forward pylons, and other compartments for corrosion.
In the Army we documented all of our maintenance procedures in a program called ULLS-AE, after we completed each task we would grab a Technical Inspector to okay/sign off on our work and books. This job required a lot of coordination with shops like supply for cotter pins, self locking nuts etc., also tool room for torque wrench’s, grease gun, gauges to measure splines in transmission etc. I have experience working with US Customs with prepping the aircraft for shipment.
Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers. Help the the store with seasonal holiday shoppers around the store and help make suggestions on sales.
Help manage Toyota customer with there accounts such as payment arrangements or I would be making outgoing calls for
delinquent accounts.
I helped palletize orders going to local stores and bars, then loading them into trailers. It required me to use a scanner, iPad, and forklift.
At Kwik Star my duties are provide exceptional customer service while running the store, including cooking food, stocking,
cash register and janitorial services. While there developed and implemented customer service policies and procedures.
At SES I helped with modification support with CH-47 from different countries. While there as a Mechanic, we coordinate with Structures and Avionics to retrofit aircraft to todays standards.
