- The main roles of the front desk was to make sure to keep a approachable demeanor and greeted guests when they walked in and told them to have a good day when they left
- We took calls regarding any new customers that had any questions regarding the pricing what time we open or close or any other question they had
- Another task we had to do was look after the merch and the cash management from the profits that came from it
- Other tasks included wiping down equipment and making sure they were nice and tidy
- Filling up the paper towels and the disinfectant spray around the gym
- Checking the ph levels in the pool to make sure that no bacteria was in the water
- Reracking the weights and making the workout space look nice
- When closing if we found any items left in the lockers then we put it in the lost in found
- Lastly making sure nobody is left inside and to put on the finishing touches and to close for the night and get ready for the next day
