  • I oversee two remote 3PL warehouse’s shipping and inventory management
  • While at Nidec I have re-built the shipping, cycle count teams, and processes
  • These two things have lowered outbound freight damage claims and improved OTD
  • I rebuilt the warehouse team resources and processes
  • I am also the EHS manager
  • This has been one of the most challenging roles I have taken on while at Nidec
  • When I took over this position there were almost no safety programs
  • Within 3 months, I have implemented new and ongoing safety programs
  • That include monthly safety audits, first aid training, fire extinguisher training, fire drills, secondary labeling, arc flash, jsa/jha, and confined space
