I hold a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. I have obtained my Comptia Security+ certification. My passion lies in assisting organizations and individuals in achieving their goals and resolving technical challenges by leveraging my diverse skill set and knowledge base. Recently, I was invited to join our Team Lead apprenticeship program, having successfully completed the necessary team leader courses to qualify for the program.

I am currently serving as a Level 1 Help Desk Technician at Southern New Hampshire University, where I provide comprehensive technical support to students, staff, and faculty. My responsibilities include password resets, troubleshooting digital content access, restoring account access, resolving equipment issues, and managing Office 365 installations and setups. I ensure that all issues are documented accurately and escalated promptly to the appropriate departments.

  • Justice was served for the victim and the suspect was apprehended.
