  • Along with the shop management duties, responsible for building all modified chassis
  • Worked with support staff and customers on multiple new R&D projects to develop new ideas to improve the performance of our products
  • Worked with drivers, along with myself to develop cutting edge hobbystock, stockcar, and modified chassis designs to beat our competitors
  • My responsibility was to make creative ideas a reality
  • Outside of normal shop hours, I raced my own house car, (2 years IMCA modified, 1 year USRA modified) to help develop new ideas and to help out our customers at the track
  • When Victory Chassis moved all chassis fabrication in house to the Boone, IA location, I was responsible for reverse engineering their 2009 chassis that was outsourced, and to build all the fixtures and body templates for the 2010 chassis
  • I documented and created a fabrication list for every pipe, for its length, notch, and bend
  • Designed and built the chassis jigs, along with all other jigs associated with the chassis
  • After completing the first chassis, I was responsible for all of the aluminum body work and the patterns to go along with this
  • After completing the first proto type, helped hire and train all employees
  • Helped build a shop and its employees from the ground up
  • Increased sales from 20 chassis a year total, to 50-60 modified, 20 hobbystocks, and 20 stockcars a year, making an average of 100 chassis a year being sold due to the increase in customer success along with the improved quality of product.

hobbies

Die hard snowmobiler, with main focus on back country riding, but love riding anywhere there is snow. Summer time enjoy dirt bike riding, competing in amature hare scrambles and enduros. Enjoy offroad side by side rides with family and friends, but realy just love anything that's out doors and exploring. Love to work on shop projects whether is restoring old snowmobiles or design and building custom projects in the shop.
