Cash opening and closing, ordering change orders through Vendor and solving cash discrepancies. Intaking cannabis & non cannabis deliveries and filing purchase orders in collaboration with finance team. Proficiency in vault audits and product organization, facilitation in product destruction. Assisting new and existing medical patients with card renewals and training staff in processes. Leading inventory counts, solving and reporting product variances.

Compliant and thorough dispensing of cannabis products to Medical patients and Recreational customers. Front of house greeting, scanning and ID check ins, cash handling, consolidating orders in back of house, inventory and delivery counts, and building orders on the sales floor. Emphasis on medical acquisition, and assisting patients navigate the Illinois cannabis tracking system website for renewals and status inquiries.

Aliquoting of specimens. Sample preparation, specimen handling and storage, driver/courier for specimen shipments. Additional laboratory duties include laboratory training and safety, logging in data, handling chemicals and inventory, and transporting/receiving specimens to other departments from start to finish in an organized fashion.

Shift supervision, scheduling, money handling, shift tasks and direct reports. Cash handling, food and drink preparation, sanitation, cleaning equipment, greeting and connecting with customers. resolving customer disputes, multitasking, managing rushes of customers daily with efficient, levelheaded customer service.
