• Was responsible for unloading bulk trucks of flour into correct silo. Had to set up HMI to designated silo, then go hook up unloading hose in sifter room to the silo connector pipe to ensure it goes into correct silo.
• Had to climb on truck open hatch get a sample to QC to check to make sure it's correct flour as paper work states. Then when cleared by QC was able to start unloading truck.
• Had to climb 70 foot silo every day at beginning of shift for silo reading to account how much flour was in silo and how much room was available for unloads.
