Design secondary electric pedestals and components. Create drawings, and run stress analysis on different types of plastic material. All done using Solidworks. I do all the 3d printing that was needed for prototyping.

Test prototype HVAC units for multiple manufacturers. Duties included wiring the unit to the HVAC chambers, installing test equipment, and running test thru special software that controlled the unit and chamber. Was also in charge of communicating with the manufacturers on changes they wanted made to the unit to get different results in testing.

I read test procedures and drawings. I work with engineers to build and test prototype equipment with pressures ranging up to 30,000 psi. I work with engineers and help design prorotype equipment in Solidworks. I also design and 3d print prototype parts.

I calibrated test chambers when needed. I was in charge of sending testing equipment out to calibration and keeping track of the documentation
