Requires regular evaluation of US and partner country needs followed by development and conduct of hundreds of regional activities to meet those needs within resources and budget limits.
• Directly responsible for scheduling the diving and salvage portion of 10 separate major annual exercises, resourcing, budgeting and executing a series of bilateral engagements between the U.S. Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard for 10 partner countries in SE Asia. Member of the planning team directing the efforts of over 500 military personnel participating in the exercise series.
