- Overseeing and leading the K3 operations team in making multitude types of Kapton film by following standard operating conditions and proceduess to ensure the best quality product that meets our customers expectations.
- Training operators and ensuring operators are receiving the proper training through the Kapton line of progression.
- Working with area engineers and technical support on various projects to support continuous improvement in the Kapton area.
- Participating in daily meetings with business leaders.
