Responsible for turning up new fiber metro e circuits on a timeline. Providing valid information to our fiber team to ensure efficiency throughout the process. Validate tie point from headend to mux, and then to customer's dmarc utilizing prints, 2k tone and OTDR traces. Performing site surveys to find the most efficient and cost effective way to get the customer's service constructed in the fastest way possible.
Managed 13 direct reports out of the Palm Beach Gardens office covering 5 separate hubs... Jupiter Farms, Palm Beach Gardens, Loxahatchee, Tequesta, and Hobe Sound. Ensuring high level of motivation and productivity stayed consistent throughout my team by working with them, being a leader, not a boss. Consistently work on driving the red nodes to 1% per the direction of our leaders and more beneficial to our customers. Hobe Sound went from 14% to 1% under my direction, while the entire area was at 1.5% combined. Perform routine safety and tool inspections on a monthly basis. Make sure that equipment repair cost stayed within budget. Manage calendars to ensure sufficient staff was available to support our customers.

Performed 24/7 on call every 5 weeks to provide our customers with the best service possible. Troubleshoot fiber issues utilizing prints, OTDR, 2k tone, and red light.
