After high school, I pursued and obtained a A+ networking certificate through BRCC in Baton Rouge, but ended up in the construction field. My passion has always been dealing with computers and networking systems. Working as an electrical apprentice with P&M electric, I gained a rigorous work ethic and attention to efficiency and safety. During the after math of Hurricane Katrina, I met my wife, a New Orleans native and began to raise a family and began my journey into further education for myself in the electrical field. Obtaining my journeyman license while working with Plauche Electric during this time. Our family relocated to Minnesota shortly after. I maintained a relationship with several architects in the New Orleans area who employed me as their personal electrician until I finally obtained my Master electrical license for the city of New Orleans. We eventually moved to my hometown of Vidalia Louisiana, and here I obtained my local master electrical license for the city of Natchez MS, and soon after obtained my NASCLA master electrical license through the State of Louisiana. In 2020, I was elected to contribute to the Louisiana state board of contractors electrical exam validation workshop. This was to help critique the exam for the 2020 code cycle exam for the state of Louisiana. I am always in the pursuit of educating myself about how electricity works, from line voltage to low voltage. As I was self employed, I incorporated my knowledge of computers and electrical work to wire camera systems and smart homes.
